At Heest Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to make things right. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects
  • Customized or personalized items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@heestfitness.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
